Are all your products 100% original?
The products we sell are 100% authentic, almost all the rest of overstocks have been purchased directly from the brands, licensees, or official distributors. We personally verify the authenticity of the products, and every product comes with the original tag attached.

How long does it take for product delivery?
The delivery time to countries within the European Union is 1-3 business days and 5-7 business days outside the European Union.

Where do you offer shipping to?
We ship worldwide shipping with using UPS, FedEx, or DHL except Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine due to the ongoing war.

How are customs charges handled?
Within the European Union, there are no import taxes. However, the customer may be charged the customs duty by the freighter company, if any, outside of the European Union.

Do you accept returns?
We offer a 14-day return policy to the customers, counting from the day the package is delivered. Returns that are shipped back after the 14-day policy will be rejected and shipped back to the original dispatch address. The cost of return shipments that are customer’s change of mind will be covered by the customer and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number. The customer is responsible for customs fees, therefore when sending a shipment from outside the European Union, please select “sender will pay for customs fee”. All returns need to be shipped back with UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Due to long delivery time, we don’t accept returns with any local Postal Service.
